Hangiri Wooden Sushi rice Bowl Some Information:
This particular kitchenware material is a very very good caudillo of warmth and distributes the idea effectively. Considering that from the gentle material, it could effortlessly damage or even drop, but that is get over simply by treating the idea with a coating regarding aluminium o2 : it will help the idea to be able to withstand scratch and denting. In closing, merely keep in mind that several precious metals employed in kitchenware will respond to acid food items : a person want in which. And so search for something which includes stainless and copper or even aluminium. Likewise I would like to add that nothing at all affirms you will need to hurt your pocket book to acquire top quality kitchenware, look around in your regional retailers but I have found the Rachael Beam Cookware collection is an excellent starting place. That's my accept issues and that is why you must do your current reasearch and not simply get a pair of kitchenware because it appears quite... spend some time and acquire exactly what is best for you.

This review is from: Hangiri Wooden Sushi rice Bowl
I own a sushi restaurant and purchased this product to use in my sushi bar. The bottom of the bowl warped and split and the sides of the bowl split within eight weeks. It may work for occasional use but I would not suggest this product for everyday use.

This review is from: Hangiri Wooden Sushi rice Bowl
The key word in this product description is "wooden". This hangiri is made of the light untreated pine wood. After a while the wood drys up and deforms. It means that the sides of the bowl get smaller, while the bottom deforms and no longer fits tightly. At the same time "copper" rings (i think they are actually made of plastic) keep their shape and size. That means they no longer fit the bowl and just hang over. I make sushi about twice per month. With that frequency hangiri looked perfect for 3 months, another 12 months and it disintegrated.
I've just purchased a replacement hangiri made of japanese cypress wood today. It's twice the price and I have high hopes it's of better quality.
